Product Clinical Overview
Brogikoff is a sugar-free, orange-flavoured cough syrup combining Terbutaline, a selective beta-2 bronchodilator, with Bromhexine, a mucolytic, and Guaiphenesin, an expectorant. It relieves productive cough associated with bronchospasm by opening airways and helping to clear viscous mucus.

Pharmacological Mechanism of Action
Terbutaline stimulates β2-adrenergic receptors, raising cAMP and relaxing airway smooth muscle. Bromhexine reduces sputum viscosity, and Guaiphenesin stimulates secretion of less viscous respiratory fluid, facilitating mucociliary clearance.

Administration & Packaging Details
Adults & children over 12 years: 1 teaspoonful; 6–12 years: ½ teaspoonful; 1–6 years: ¼ teaspoonful — all doses 3 to 4 times a day or as directed by the Physician. Shake well before use.
